Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
50g butter melted
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
50g spinach shredded
50g capsicum finely diced
25g onion finely diced
50g cheese grated
25g parmesan grated
25g feta cubed
chilli flakes
salt
pepper
Instructions:
Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl
Mix melted butter, milk, and eggs in a smaller bowl.
Incorporate liquids into dry ingredients
Fold in shredded spinach, finely diced capsicum, finely diced onion, grated cheese and parmesan into mixture.
Add chilli flakes,
Spoon mixture into muffin tin.
