Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 1/2 cups flour
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Equipment/Utensils:
2 large bowls or measuring jugs
whisk or fork
rubber spatula
frypan
Instructions:
In a large bowl or measuring jug, stir the milk and vinegar/lemon juice. Set aside for five-minutes.
In another large bowl or measuring jug, whisk the flours, sugar, baking soda and salt.
Whisk the egg and vanilla into the milk.
